Wiped the cobwebs off the Technics, and managed to put together a little ditty for the Summer soiree. Tracks from the Ogyantanaa Show Band, Bowie, DJ Ayres, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and of course the requisite tribute to Mike in his prime. Years of cutting had me doing this with no upfaders and a busted crossfader knob. Theres a modest sense of pride there. The dJ equivalent of gutting it out in the 4th quarter with a pulled hamstring? Sort of, but not really.
